RESEARCH STANDARDS

Research Standards

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of competence, integrity, and transparency in conducting, analyzing, and reporting our work. You can be confident that our services will lead to informed decision-making. We are a member of the Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC), launched in 2019 to regulate Canada’s market research industry. We pledge ourselves to maintain the highest standards of scientific competence, integrity, and transparency in conducting, analyzing, and reporting our work; establishing and maintaining relations with survey respondents and our clients; and communicating with those who eventually use the research for decision-making purposes and the public.

Our senior researchers are also active members in numerous industry organizations, including the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES), Social Value International, Social Value Canada, the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), the American Evaluation Society (AEA), the International Association for Public Participation Canada (IAP2), and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada). Our staff members are active participants in the professional development and conference presentation opportunities afforded by membership in these organizations. Furthermore, many of our senior researchers hold professional certifications and designations from these organizations.
