Our services include hosting, digital video/audio recordings, live web streaming, incentive arrangement, recruiting, and session moderation. As we routinely conduct focus groups for our own studies, we have evolved our facilities in response to our clients’ needs. We are well versed in accommodating various requests and requirements.
We also provide recruitment services for focus groups held in our facilities. The fees for recruitment services will depend on the complexity of the assignment for which the recruits are sought.
Our clients are able to moderate or facilitate their own groups, or we can provide experienced moderators/facilitators who will work with you to ensure that the sessions meet your needs. Key moderation services we provide include some or all of the following:
• Establishing group objectives and developing a moderation or facilitation guide.
• Moderating or facilitating the group consultation(s).
• Synthesizing and analyzing the findings of the consultation(s) and preparing related reporting documents.
