The Client and Caregiver Experience Evaluation (CCEE) survey is used to evaluate the home and community care services that Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) provide. LHINs contract with Service Provider Organizations to deliver health care services to patients in the home and community care sector in Ontario. The survey will provide comparable information across and within individual LHINs about the satisfaction and experience of their patients for the purpose of improving service and reporting to funders and the public.
